As they continue expanding their dental business, they’re hiring a results-driven sales professional to grow their presence in Texas.

About the Role

This is a remote sales role focused on capital equipment sales within the dental market. The ideal candidate is a hunter, someone self-driven, resilient, and motivated by results. You’ll manage a territory, develop new business, and sell high-value, customized equipment to dental professionals. Autonomy, discipline, and a track record of success are essential.

Responsibilities

· Drive new business development within the dental market across your assigned territory.

· Sell capital equipment through a consultative, configure-to-order sales approach.

· Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and sales analytics tools to manage pipeline and track performance.

· Travel as needed within your region to meet clients and close deals.

· Represent a brand known for product durability, customization, and service excellence.

Qualifications

· 1-2 years of sales experience in capital equipment or adjacent high-ticket items (e.g., copiers).

· Proven track record of generating over $1MM in annual sales.

· Highly resilient, driven, and entrepreneurial, motivated despite rejection.

· Able to work independently without micromanagement.

· Based in a Texas metro area with the ability to travel.
