About the Role

The Senior Director of Global Sales Development will be responsible for leading a world-class SDR organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This is a high-impact role focused on team performance, process optimization, and pipeline contribution. Reporting to the VP of Global Revenue Marketing, you’ll oversee a team of SDR Managers and SDRs, driving top-of-funnel execution and cross-functional alignment between sales and marketing.

You’ll be expected to bring a strategic, data-informed approach to leading teams while also rolling up your sleeves to support execution where needed.

Responsibilities

· Lead and scale a high-performing global SDR team, including SDR Managers and individual contributors.

· Own global reporting on SDR performance, including KPIs, forecasting, and capacity planning.

· Define and optimize sales development processes across outbound and inbound motions.

· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align pipeline generation efforts.

· Hire, train, and coach SDR talent, with a focus on internal career mobility.

· Maintain strong feedback loops with marketing to improve MQL quality and campaign effectiveness.

· Implement scalable systems, sales methodologies, and enablement frameworks.

Qualifications

· 8+ years of Sales Development leadership experience, including managing leaders of SDR/BDR teams.

· Experience working in high-growth SaaS companies with revenues of $50M+.

· Demonstrated success leading SDR functions at a global scale, including teams in EMEA and APAC.

· Deep understanding of sales development tools and processes (Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, ABM strategies, etc.).

· Familiarity with qualification methodologies like MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger.

· Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

· Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, forecasting, and team productivity.
