About the Role

As the Alliance Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding the reach of our client’s go-to-market partnerships across North America. You’ll work closely with strategic partners to co-sell, develop joint campaigns, and accelerate pipeline growth. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to navigate alliances, understands partner sales motions, and is passionate about building something from the ground up. Responsibilities

· Drive co-selling activity with alliance partners across North America.

· Act as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external partners to support joint sales efforts.

· Develop and manage campaigns and programs that increase product adoption through partner channels.

· Build and maintain relationships with field sales and marketing teams across the partner ecosystem.

· Track, report, and optimize partnership performance through consistent metrics and communication.

· Travel within North America as needed (up to 50%), all expenses reimbursed.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in sales, including 3+ years in alliance or partner sales.

· Proven ability to drive revenue through partner ecosystems.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience tailoring messaging to different audiences.

· High level of initiative and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

· Experience creating and executing campaigns, sales programs, or joint GTM strategies.
