About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with enterprise and high-growth accounts. You’ll work closely with technical stakeholders, align solutions to complex needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure success. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong technical background who knows how to navigate enterprise sales environments and build lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
· Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client goals.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executive leadership.
· Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and work cross-functionally to deliver customized solutions.
· Stay on top of industry trends and market developments to provide consultative support.
· Provide regular reporting and updates on account performance and key initiatives.
· Travel as needed within the U.S. to attend client meetings and industry events (approximately 2–3 trips per month, expenses covered).
Qualifications
· 5-10 years of experience in key account management, technical sales, or sales engineering.
· Experience selling into complex B2B environments and working with technical buyers such as R&D teams, engineers, or operations leaders.
· Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a related field preferred.
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and long sales cycles independently.
