Overview

Our client provides software solutions primarily to Retirement Communities and Long-Term Care facilities across Canada and the United Kingdom. Their main products are an Electronic Medication solution (eMAR) and a Clinical (Care Plan) solution. Their company was established in Canada in 1998 and is owned by a Private Equity firm with extensive experience in the long-term care/retirement sector. At a point of growth, they seek a Senior Account Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Continue to grow revenue and exceed agreed sales quotas.

• Improving the product’s market presence and close ratios.

• Coach, build and lead a high-performing sales team to ensure territory planning and efficient sales activity takes place in the various geographies.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, product demonstrations and presentations.

• Provide effective sales reporting and analysis to internal teams and senior leadership.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be located in Canada (Preferably the east coast)

• Candidate must have 5+ years of sales experience

• Candidate must have 3+ years of hunting new business experience as either an individual contributor or in player / coach role.

• Candidate must have 3+ years of sales experience in a relevant industry (Senior Living, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical)

• Candidate must be able to work autonomously while achieving monthly quotas.
