Overview

Our client is a leisure, travel & tourism company based in Park City Utah. They specialize in property management, nightly, and monthly vacation rentals. At a point of growth, they seek a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join their team.

The candidate should be able to work local RE agents, go to Open Houses, and research local real estate opportunities to bring new partners to the company. The candidate will have to grow and nurture Real Estate relationships so they can leverage these relationships into new rental units for the organization.

The candidate will also have to maintain great relationships with the company's current owners and assist them as needed to keep the partnership thriving.

Additionally, our client has a small team and this individual will have to work with their Guest Relations staff for marketing via the website, socials, email blasts, and perhaps hosting small local events to drive new owners to the brand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to draw more residential partnerships to the business
• Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms, email campaigns, website, and any additional marketing outlets
• Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts
• Meeting with clients to discuss unit improvement, target customer, yearly revenue, and partnership success
• Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
• Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved
• Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
• Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers
• Other duties as assigned
