HOW THIS POSITION MAKES AN IMPACT:

The Sales and Marketing Representative will assist in efforts to create a committed and growing patient referral network that is serviced timely and accurately.

DAILY BASIC ACTIVITIES:

• Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and engage potential patient referral sources, including chiropractic offices, ortho specialists, physical therapy centers, and others to build a strong and growing referral network.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, networking and team-building events, ensuring continued patient referrals and opportunities.

• Market Research: Keep updated on trends and changes in the pain management field to tailor services and outreach efforts effectively.

• Service Presentation: Showcase the company's services and value proposition in both one-on-one settings and group presentations, focusing on the commitment to quality and compassionate care.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set targets for client acquisition and patient referral generation.

• Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional methods, aimed at raising brand awareness and encouraging referrals.
