Position: Reginal Sales Manager
Compensation:
Base salary of $70,000-$80,000 based on experience with a potential of earning up to an additional $30,000 in commission.
Role Overview:
- Promote and sell cutting-edge products within the assigned territory to current and potential customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, leveraging our field sales presence as a market differentiator.
- Become thoroughly knowledgeable in our client's products.
- Compile sales leads and travel throughout the territory to solicit orders.
- Maintain relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Applications Engineer.
- Attend trade shows to showcase products.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of technical sales experience, preferably with fiber optics products or a related field.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
