Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing magnetic drills and annular cutters. They are currently seeking a Managing Director to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Execute company strategy
• Lead teams to meet and exceed objectives
• Implement daily business operations
• Develop and initiate revenue growth strategies
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the cutting tool manufacturing market with a proven track record of success
• Experience selling through industrial distribution
• Extensive sales background and national leadership experience
• Dynamic: Understanding of all business units, how an organization is run, and can wear multiple hats
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, growth-oriented, and displays high amounts of integrity
• Experienced working for medium-sized companies where they have seen the full market and played a pivotal role in the company's growth, while also maintaining professionalism and structure
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Located near the office in Lombard, IL and can come into the office multiple times per week
