At a point of growth, they seek an Executive Vice President of Sales (EVP of Sales) to join their team.

As an EVP of Sales (West Coast), you will have the opportunity to lead, grow and transform implementations for several high-profile clients. You will work closely with their global development teams to support customers. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies and forecasting sales volumes.

Responsibilities

●Coach team members as they develop opportunities and build client relationships

●Effectively lead, develop, and manage Sales team members. This includes annual goal setting, quarterly reviews, and designing and executing development plans.

●Represent the organization in a variety of marketing and growth activities, including onsite sales meetings, teleconferences and web meetings with potential clients, events and speaking engagements

●Oversees and directs market research, competitor analysis

●Leads and drives new business leads, sales presentations, and negotiations

●Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete

●Measure and evaluate business strategy implementation against intended results

●Own and drive revenue growth. Lead team to identify and secure new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

●Candidate must be located or willing to travel frequently within the West Coast of the United States

●Candidate must have 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing direct reports

●Candidate must have 5+ years of hunting new business experience as either an individual contributor or in player / coach role

●Candidate must have 3+ years of sales experience in a relevant industry (preference towards data software or service experience)

●Candidate must have a extroverted seller personality
