Client Partners are responsible for developing a book of business within geography, named accounts, and existing relationships with support from our client competency leads. Client Partner Expectations

The expectations of a Client Partner are:

● Develop and manage an individual book of business.

● Exceed revenue and profitability targets.

● Develop a book of business that is consistent with the strategic vision.

● Team with delivery leads to formulating solutions collaboratively.

● Measure success by revenue and profitability targets and client satisfaction.

● Direct and team with delivery leads to collaborate on sales pursuits.

● Inspire delivery teams and all fellow personnel.

● Lead by example with exceptional communication skills.

● Apply a positive approach to navigating the complexity of business challenges.

● Be an ambassador of both internally and externally.

● Display an understanding that relationships and authenticity nurture culture.

● Foster trust and rapport with business development and operations leadership.

● Create and communicate presentations customized to client expectations.

● Track and report the status of metrics.

● Capture sales process activities in Salesforce.

Responsibilities-

The Client Partner's measured responsibilities include:

● Identify, pursue, and close technology services opportunities within an assigned geography and targeted accounts.

● Continuously prospect for new business.

● Develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at named clients.

● Working with competency leads to structuring/finalizing the project and proposal approach.

● Work with resource services for the staging of resources per engagement.

● Account management, including developing account strategy and plan.

● Drive revenue and related profit growth within the account.

● Drives business development discussions with client call to action; identifies and pursues new business opportunities based on the situation presented by the client.

● In conjunction with delivery leads, manage engagement risk. Oversee and manage engagements in named accounts.

● Provide the business rationale and risk assessment for investing in the account and identifying appropriate outside alliances.

● Serve as a point of escalation for engagement teams and the client when needed.

Requirements and Demonstrable Abilities

The qualified Client Partner candidates will have the following:

● 10+ years experience in the technology services industry.

● A verified track record of closing contracts.

● Experience managing an account or set of accounts in a consultative manner.

● Demonstrated experience in selling and managing technology services contracts.

● An established track record of achieving revenue and booking targets.

● Excellent communication skills (including verbal, written, public speaking, and negotiation).

● Convey ability to work with all levels of management; comfortable presenting and networking with senior executives (strong executive presence).

● Possess superior engagement skills in managing the life cycle of sales pursuits and projects.

● You are a highly motivated self-starter.

● You have a superior set of analytical skills with a keen sense of urgency.

● In conjunction with delivery leads, manage engagement risk. Oversee and manage engagements in named accounts.

● Work exceedingly well and wisely with all internal organizations and delivery staff.

● Provide the business rationale and risk assessment for investing in the account and identifying appropriate outside alliances.

● Serve as a point of escalation for engagement teams and the client when needed.

● Have excellent customer-facing skills, both business and technical.

● Have the financial acumen; and ability to accurately forecast revenue and profitability.

● Convey the understanding and strong Industry knowledge and technical depth.

● Display strategic planning and pragmatic operational capabilities.

● You have a demonstrable history of delivering against goals in an evolving IT professional services environment.

● Client Partners have a proven track record of obtaining revenue goals.

● You can orchestrate sales pursuit teams.

● Successful Client Partners have creativity in developing a book of business.

● Provide client references.

● Ability to travel as required.
