The Aftermarket Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating the Heavy Duty distribution channel. He/she will have responsibility for developing new applications and creating price lists with the support of the Engineering and Marketing departments. This individual will also create synergies with other divisions and functions to boost opportunities in the assigned areas.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers from commercial and technical point of view
• Doing sales and marketing by contacting customers from the office and in person
• Manage and improve the relationship between the customer and the company
• Understanding and reporting the actions of competitors in the marketplace
• Assisting marketing by reporting on customer needs
• Identify and propose technical solutions for target application
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working with customers such as auto part wholesalers and distributors
• Passionate about Heavy Duty filtration
• Experience with Hydraulics is a plus
• Proficient English is a must, Spanish speaking is a plus
