Job Description:

As a 360 Desk – Sales Recruitment Consultant, you're at the heart of our mission. This role is a thrilling blend of uncovering new business opportunities, connecting top talent with our clients, and managing lasting relationships. Your Impact:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales efforts, networking, and relationship building. Uncover client needs and position our recruitment solutions with finesse.
  • Craft and execute effective sales strategies, surpassing revenue targets.
  • Own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements. Wield this knowledge to sculpt informed sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cultivate robust and enduring relationships with clients. Understand their ongoing recruitment needs and provide bespoke solutions.
  • Harmonize with internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and a coordinated approach to client satisfaction. Share support and insights to elevate overall team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Years of successful sales experience, preferably in Staffing & Recruitment or a related service industry.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, coupled with a penchant for business development.
  • A strong track record in client acquisition, bringing in new business, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

Total Compensation – $100k+ OTE
