As a VP of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for traveling up to three days a week to nursing homes to complete sales. The remaining two days will be spent in the New Jersey office completing various sales and marketing tasks.
Focus on brand new business development and generate new client relationships.
Work with the marketing-generated leads to move them through the sales pipeline to the customer.
Work creatively with the Managing Partners to close business.
Act as the account manager to develop and manage the client relationships of new logos that are brought in.
Ramp up to meet/exceed annual sales quotas.
Carry out digital marketing campaigns, create leads, increase funnel and acquire orders.
Manage digital assets.
Manage the marketing team.
Other duties as assigned.
Must live in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and willing to work in the office 2 days a week.
Must demonstrate experience of strategic thinking and process implementation.
Must demonstrate experience in managing and developing a team of sales individuals.
Must have strong knowledge and/or experience in roles that involve hunting and farming.
Must be comfortable on the road (up to 3 days a week) and working in a long-term care / nursing home environment.
