VP of Sales

Opportunity Overview

Our client has developed cutting-edge, wearable technology for an admirable cause; keeping workers safe. Despite being young, they are quickly becoming a trusted industry name. Capitalizing on the excitement surrounding them, they are now seeking a motivated VP of Sales to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on brand new business development and generate new client relationships.
  • Work with leads to move them through the sales pipeline to the customer.
  • Work creatively to close business.
  • Act as the account manager to develop and manage the client relationships of new logos that are brought in.
  • Ramp up to meet/exceed annual sales quotas.
  • Grow the sales team and manage new representatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be located in North America (Preferably in the Midwest or Texas).
  • Must have experience in a leadership position of a startup company (100 or less employees).
  • Must have B2B SaaS experience.
  • Must have a successful history of closing at the enterprise level with complex sale cycles.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed for the role.

Salary: $175,000 + OTE
