Staff Sales Representative


Opportunity Overview

Our client provides a full service talent placement software for staffing and recruiting companies. Their complete solution includes a CRM, ATS, marketing outreach, payroll, and finance all on one platform. AT a point of growth, they are seeking a talented sales representative to join their team.

The sales representative will report to our Director of Sales and will work within the staffing industry to assist staffing companies to determine the right technological software solutions for their enterprise. This will include having the ability to communicate technical details and capabilities.

Responsibilities ( What You Will Do)

  • Visit a predetermined number of clients weekly.
  • Meet or exceed weekly quotas and KPIs.
  • Hunt new business.
  • Target potential customers with creative outreach.
  • Maintain honesty and integrity during the sales process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (What You Will Bring)

  • 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Motivated – true hunter mentality with a proven track record.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Atlanta – in office.

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 base + Commission
