As a point of growth, our client is seeking a Sr. Director of Sales to join their team. Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team as well as collaborate with auto partners and corporate functions.
  • Be a “leader of leaders” and identify and develop future leaders.
  • Plan through forecasting while enabling your team to handle what is to come.
  • Coordinate and direct the development of new and growing business opportunities and improve overall profitability across all product lines
  • Maintain budgetary responsibility for the region and ensure all programs/projects are executed within budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 20 years of new and existing B2B sales experience in the Finance and Insurance industry.
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales management overseeing a team of 10 direct reports at a national level.
  • Proven track record of meeting and/ or exceeding team targets no less than 100%
  • Experience building sales plans, strategic goal setting, forecasting, and managing P&L within a line of business no less than $30-$100 million.
  • Must reside in Canada and be willing to travel 30-50% to assist team members remote and in the field.
