Our client has emphasized exceptional quality product experience since 1955. Their range of household products are unbeatable and have been sold by high profile suppliers in the industry. At a point of growth, our client is seeking to add a Social Media manager to their team.
Develop and execute organic, and eventually paid, social media strategy across various social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Twitch etc.)
Execute the specific brand strategy across all social media platforms and influencer marketing segments to achieve KPIs.
Manage the social media channels: daily posting schedule, content, and community management. Proofing and posting social media copy tailored to each social channel.
Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities including content development and management.
Analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns in real time by collecting data and producing reports required to evaluate the effectiveness of social media programs.
Work with the Business Development Manager to create monthly social calendar & plan content. Reviewing with and receiving approval from the CEO for posts, IG stories, partnerships, contests Engaging with and building social community.
Other duties as assigned.
2-4 years experience in Marketing.
2-6 years experience in social media oversight, ideally in a wholesale distribution, retail, or food and beverage environment.
Must have prior experience building a brand on social media platforms from the ground up (and have sufficient KPIs to prove it).
Knowledge is social audience tools (Sprout Social, Google Analytics etc) and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable items.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
Location:California. Preference to individuals living close to head office in Torrance, CA.
