Our client’s software is used for creating, distributing and tracking digital documents. As a leading innovator in interactive employee, customer and supplier engagement our client ensures designs are consistent, content compliant and access controlled. At a point of growth, they are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their team.
The role will consist of generating leads via an array of different outlets, some warm leads will be provided. Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will be required to demonstrate the software to prospective clients. A successful candidate in this role will have good analytical and organizational skills in addition to excellent communication.
Achieve assigned quarterly quotas.
Cultivate a healthy sales pipeline by uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads, and managing the existing customer base.
Communicate and present solutions to business stakeholders, industry contacts, and business partners.
Build long term partnerships with key management, solution and channel partners.
Effectively utilize CRM to manage customer contacts, opportunities, and leads.
Help refine and manage KPIs to track improvements, growth, risks.
Establish goals for and manage people (future responsibility).
Other duties as assigned.
5-10 years of new and existing B2B sales experience in the Human Resources industry or SaaS sales.
A hunter mentality, with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets of at least $500k.
Proven ability to uncover and understand prospect pain points, requirements, and correlate potential business value that can be provided.
A deep understanding of writing and conducting email campaigns at a high level (excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Will be a great writer/speaker).
