Sales Representative (Semi-Senior)

Responsibilities ( What You Will Do)

  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Bringing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
  • Present products to prospective clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (What You Will Bring)

  • 3+ Years experience in Sales/customer service role – for e.g – Account Executive, Sales Representative – with strong focus on New Logo attainment and relationship building.
  • Experience in market research, sales & negotiations.
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or relevant years experience/internship.
  • Proven capability of meeting and exceeding quotas.
