Our client has a 24 years tenure in the educational materials industry. They provide materials for those taking the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) exams. Our client is held in a high regard for their excellent customer service and competitive prices. At a point of growth, they would like to add a Sales Director to their team. The Sales Director will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales function company wide.
Follow up with warm leads to close deals.
Implement the sales process and function for the entire company.
Close deals with individuals globally, some of whom speak English as a second language.
Achieve or exceed assigned quotas.
Grow the sales function and sales team.
Other duties as assigned.
3-10 years of B2C or B2B sales experience (2+ if experience is selling exam materials).
Confident with the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate strong time management skills.
Candidates must come with problem solving skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work remotely.
Collaborative, able to work in a small team and be a team player.
