Our client has a 24 years tenure in the educational materials industry. They provide materials for those taking the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) exams. Our client is held in a high regard for their excellent customer service and competitive prices. At a point of growth, they would like to add a Sales Director to their team. The Sales Director will be responsible for defining and implementing the sales function company wide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm leads to close deals.
  • Implement the sales process and function for the entire company.
  • Close deals with individuals globally, some of whom speak English as a second language.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned quotas.
  • Grow the sales function and sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 3-10 years of B2C or B2B sales experience (2+ if experience is selling exam materials).
  • Confident with the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate strong time management skills.
  • Candidates must come with problem solving skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work remotely.
  • Collaborative, able to work in a small team and be a team player.
