Responsibilities ( What You Will Do)
Lead and develop sales teams achieving outstanding success for a given territory.
Hire, coach and develop sales talent (individual contributors) to address the current and future needs of the business.
Leverage the various internal resources (pre-sales, marketing, lead generation, customer support, legal, customer success and professional services) to win new business and drive increased growth with both new and existing clients.
Constantly think about how to build for scale – making changes to the current sales motions to facilitate growth and a solution selling mindset.
Provide accurate revenue forecasts, reports and analysis ensuring clear communication to key partners and to the executive leadership team.
Develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement (C-Level) to support success.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (What You Will Bring)
5+ Years experience leading and developing a sales team – Hiring, Building, Coaching Sales Team in one of these focuses – Staff Augmentation, Reliable Ecosystems, Digital Experience, Innovation & Business Reengineering.
Candidates must have Bachelors Degree in relevant fields (Business, marketing, engineering) or Relevant years of experience.
Proven capability to meet sales quotas for the sales team.
Experience in driving sales team performance through metrics/KPI's using CRM (Salesforce).
Experience in driving C-Level & Exec discussions, relationship building, negotiations in multi-national prospects.
