Job Description

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for hunting net new business while retaining existing business. The individual in this position will be held to a specific quota and KPI’s which are evaluated quarterly. Additionally, a successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales in the assigned territory.
  • Manage accounts for existing distribution partners and retained accounts.
  • Hunt new business.
  • Sell products to potential and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date records of all sales related activity.
  • Achieve assigned quarterly quotas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the technology space.
  • Experience selling SaaS to marketers in tier two tech companies.
  • A proven track record of success with the ability to learn and ramp up quickly.
  • A hunter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to mesh well with the current company culture.

Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 + OTE
