Responsibilities ( What You Will Do)
● Identify, pursue, and close new clients.
● Build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory.
● Identify and meet with partners / consultants and practice active listening skills for existing and new clients’ needs.
● Attend local, regional, industry specific, and national trade shows.
● Serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
● Work with our operations and technical experts to land all opportunities.
● Display the highest levels of ethics, determination, and a desire to win.
● Utilize provided tools, including SalesForce Enterprise, to effectively manage activities, tasks, follow up, and identify opportunities.
● Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (What You Will Bring)
● 3+ years of outside sales experience focused on net-new business (minimum of 50%) in an industrial environment.
● Track record of success meeting and or exceeding annual quota 2021/2022 or 2022/2023 YTD.
● Based in the respective territory (Cedar Rapids – 1, Pittsburg – 1) and comfortability traveling throughout said territory
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 base + OTE
