Key Responsibilities

  • Increase sales in the assigned territory.
  • Travel to clients in the assigned territory as needed.
  • Work with leads to move them through the sales pipeline to the customer.
  • Ramp up to meet/exceed annual sales quotas.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 3-5 years of sales experience in construction, industrial or related industries, selling directly to contractors.
  • Successful track record of hunting net new business, a minimum of 70% hunting in current role.
  • Track record of success meeting and or exceeding annual quota for the past 2 years (2020/2021 or 2021/2022).
  • Strong technical acumen with experience using CRM system(s).
