A successful candidate in this role will bring a proven track record of managing, coaching and transforming the results of a sales team. Additionally, the right candidate will have strong industry relationships and experience of selling technical engineering or energy saving solutions to the manufacturing / industrial sector. This will be a hands on sales role for a proven hunter.

Responsibilities

  • Selling complex solutions into a manufacturing/industrial environment (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Petrochemical, Healthcare, Plastics and Rubber, Pulp and Paper etc.)
  • Selling large deals sizes within a given industry vertical.
  • Build relationships at the senior and strategic level.
  • Identify, introduce, drive and deliver sales for technical projects at the multisite level.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 10 – 15 years of sales management experience successfully leading a team of sales executives, meeting and exceeding expectations, or taking a team that is failing and making them successful.
  • Demonstrate the ability to achieve sales quotas with a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and future trends.
  • Technical degree level or engineering background degree.
  • Location: US Remote.

Salary: $100,000 -$150,000 + OTE
