The insurance agent will be responsible for selling group and individual insurance to a variety of customers in the Ontario area.
Hunt new business.
Sell products to potential and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
Keep up-to-date records of all sales related activity.
Convert market understanding and sales leads into opportunities.
Achieve assigned quarterly quotas.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have Ontario LLQP or equivalent as well as ENO insurance or liability insurance in good standing.
A hunter mentality, must be comfortable prospecting and closing deals.
Utilizing a refined sales approach to convert prospects into clients while managing multiple and complex sales cycles.
A deep understanding of writing and conducting email campaigns at a high level (excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Will be a great writer/speaker). As well as experience with Microsoft Office.
Must be located in ON and have a valid driver's license.
