Our client is a premium fashion jewelry brand. They are seeking two Inside Sales Representatives to join their Manhattan team. As an inside sales representative, you will bring excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills as well as proven success in a full commission and/or quota driven environment. The person in this position will be responsible for driving sales initiatives into new and exciting markets.
Build relationships with clients over the telephone and through web communications.
Meet and exceed sales goals.
Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and services.
Ensuring the clients always have fast selling products by receiving and analyzing monthly sales reports and replenishing those items monthly.
Makes clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; effectively meets client needs; develops and sustains positive and productive client relationships; and takes responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.
Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Leverages tools, reports and resources to maximize sales results.
Open to and responds to coaching and feedback on sales approach and goal achievement. Seeks guidance on areas of improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
1-3 years of inbound sales experience in a B2B or B2C role.
Proven ability to uncover and understand prospect pain points, requirements, and correlate potential business value that can be provided.
A deep understanding of writing and conducting email campaigns at a high level (excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Will be a great writer/speaker).
