As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling sales leads and converting them to new business opportunities. A successful candidate in this role will bring proven outbound call experience in addition to a comfortability connecting with end users to drive revenue.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Outbound calling to potential prospects.
Receive and respond to inbound sales leads and convert them to new business.
Maximize coverage within a defined region and penetrate organizations with products.
Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists; cold calling as needed.
Provide support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations, and supporting the regional team in closing business.
Develops a solid working knowledge of products and the benefits they provide to potential customers.
Updates and maintains notes/next step actions in the CRM system to continually advance the sales cycle.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements to be successful in this role include:
2+ years of successful sales experience in Software, IT or related industries.
Current experience selling into C-level decision makers in small to medium sized organizations.
Track record of success meeting and or exceeding annual quota 2020/2021 or 2021/2022 YTD.
Remote, US with willingness to travel for regional events and customer meetings.
