Job Description

As a Field Estimator, you will be responsible for hunting new business primarily at the residential level. The Field Estimator will bring B2C sales experience and be comfortable selling to homeowners. As a Field Estimator, you will be provided the opportunity to grow with the company and tap into new and exciting markets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute a predetermined number of client appointments weekly.
• Meet or exceed weekly quotas and KPIs.
• Individual contributor, new business, outside sales.
• Hunt new business.
• Target potential customers with creative outreach.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Energetic and eager to sell to a homeowner.
• Background in painting/ painting business.
• B2C Experience, selling to homeowners. Being comfortable in someone’s home.
• Experience with technology (ex: Salesforce) and a hunter mentality.

Compensation: $60,000 + OTE
