Much like the broader company, their fast-paced Sales team is growing. They are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager who is a seasoned hunter, experienced in selling integrated technology solutions to large enterprise customers, and can do so successfully within a designated territory.
Account Management activities in the allocated territory working in close agreement of the extended sales and management team.
Document and execute Territory, Account, and Opportunity Plans demonstrating a strong understanding of the customer's business directions and issues.
Manage the balance between short-term gain and long-term growth for all opportunities and initiatives to achieve/exceed assigned sales targets and increase market share through partnership with customers.
Drive pipeline creation through proactive prospecting and outreach activities targeting new logo business and existing customer growth.
Timely updating sales and marketing database (CRM), forecast, and expense reporting.
Selling specialized enterprise solutions/platforms at senior levels.
Responsible for prospect development/promotion and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Lead, coordinate and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiating commercial terms within well-defined schedules and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidates must be located within the Central or Western USA.
Candidates must have 5+ years in a hunting sales role.
Candidates must have 2+ years of Power Utility or Workforce Management experience.
3+ years in a technical sales role (Software, IT Services, Integration).
Candidates must be comfortable with travel for client facing purposes.
