District Manager

Our client is a women-owned business bringing customers quality drinks in a welcoming environment. They are dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind flavors inspired by their team’s stories. Always looking to improve their quality and customer experience, they are now in need of a District Manager to join their growing team. This District Manager will aid in assisting brand franchises by following corporate guidelines. A successful candidate in this role will be passionate about the company mission and eager to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Hunting new leads and registering new franchises.
• Being the primary stakeholder and overseeing the front end of franchise contract signing.
• Managing a franchise in early stages of opening.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have Food & Beverage experience within the last 5 years.
• Candidates must demonstrate ability to work with multi-unit storefronts OR have General Manager experience in a high profile location.
• Candidates must be comfortable on the road and willing to travel to locations daily.
• Candidates must demonstrate good business acumen and ability to train/lead others.

Salary: $90,000 + Bonuses
