As a Business Development Representative, you will be the liaison between sales and marketing. Your role will be to generate leads and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities
Utilize cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking as lead development to generate new business opportunities.
Engaging with potential buyers in identified business accounts to develop these leads into MQL with the goal of generating a sales pipeline.
Developing leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Outbound prospecting to a targeted list of prospects.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1-4 years of sales experience in software or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative.
Successful track record of B2B sales experience.
Previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales opportunities.
Proven track record of successful ‘cold calling’ sales techniques.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong verbal communications, written and presentation skills.
