Business Development Representative

Our client recognizes that every customer is unique and they strive to deliver an individual, innovative and affordable proposal every time and to follow it through with an outstanding delivery.

Responsibilities ( What You Will Do)

  • Use prospecting strategies to reach out to prospects.
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.
  • Determine the prospect's interest in our different Business Units.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects.
  • Achieve the defined number of activities per month.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (What You Will Bring)

  • 2+ Years experience in Business Development positions.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or relevant field hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Experience in CRM software, and meeting KPI's/sales performance metrics.
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
