Our client is on a mission to install high performance floor systems by combining the latest technology, equipment, and professionally trained technicians. At a point of growth they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for cultivating sales from new customers using a designed sales database and CRM program.
Responsibilities
Meet and/or exceed all KPIs and quotas.
Prospecting and business development (lead generation), including networking events and tradeshows.
Work with new and existing customers to build rapport and provide outstanding service.
Responsible for an average of 10 estimates per week.
Produce an average of $150,000 in total estimated value per week.
Assure accuracy with manpower, equipment and time frame to complete the project.
Responsible to touch base daily with the team on the job. Communicate any issues with the job to the salesperson.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
4+ years of outside sales experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Industry experience with epoxy, resins, industrial polymers, chemical coatings (preferred).
