Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in the Midwest. The business development manager will be responsible for hunting new business while farming legacy accounts. Additionally, the business development manager will be required to travel to all clients in the assigned territory. A successful candidate in this role will help support the company’s mission and help to grow US sales.

Responsibilities ( What You Will Do)
Develop new customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet sales targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities.
Attend industry trade shows and events to network and generate leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Travel up to 50-70% to visit clients and attend trade shows and events.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (What You Will Bring)
Candidates must be located within driving distance of a MidWest state.
Candidates must have 2+ years of hunting experience.
Candidates must have 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
Candidates must have the desire to grow into a leadership role.
Candidates must be willing and comfortable with travel.
