A successful candidate in this role will bring a proven track record of managing, coaching and transforming the results of a sales team. Additionally, the right candidate will have strong industry relationships and experience of selling technical engineering or energy saving solutions to the manufacturing / industrial sector. This will be a hands on sales role for a proven hunter.


  • Selling complex solutions into a manufacturing/industrial environment (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Petrochemical, Healthcare, Plastics and Rubber, Pulp and Paper etc.)
  • Selling large deals sizes within a given industry vertical.
  • Build relationships at the senior and strategic level.
  • Identify, introduce, drive and deliver sales for technical projects at the multisite level.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 3- 5 Years of experience in selling technical solutions in manufacturing and institutional sectors focused on petrochemicals.
  • Experience in solutions style selling, consultative selling style as well as knowledge and understanding of the technology.
  • Engineering background preferred.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a strong hunter mentality with proven success in meeting and exceeding targets.

Compensation: $$70,000 – $90,000 + OTE

Location: Texas , Remote.
