Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts while nurturing relationships with future customers.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for the resolution of customer issues within accounts.
Understand and map account stakeholders for assigned accounts.
Build long term partnerships with key management, solution and channel partners.
Maintain and respond to existing client needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in identity and access management, software/services, or cyber security software/services.
3+ years of experience in solution selling.
Proven track record of managing 8 or more accounts.
