A proven "peak performer" himself, Thomson will focus on working with clients of the company's sales recruiting services to understand requirements and ensure that new hires become star members of successful sales teams.

Prior to joining Peak Sales Recruiting, Thomson was VP of Sales for an I.T. financial management consulting company and was a Regional Sales Manager with Borland Software. Before this he enjoyed success at Rational Software, Fastlane and EDS Systemhouse.
