Before Peak, Eliot spent more than 20 years building and leading companies, where he took the lead in recruiting and managing high performance sales teams. He co-founded Ventrada Systems (mobile applications) and GlobalX (e-commerce software). He was also Vice President of Sales for PointShot Wireless.
Eliot received his B. Comm. from Carleton University and has been honored as one of Ottawa’s Top 40 under 40.
He co-authored Sales Recruiting 2.0, How to Find Top Performing Sales People, Fast and provides regular insights on sales team management and hiring on the Peak Sales Recruiting Blog.

Before Peak, Brent worked in sales and sales-leadership positions for 18 years. He has considerable experience building and running high-performance teams, which consistently won awards and exceeded sales targets.
He was Vice President of Sales for a financial management consulting company, and served with Borland Software as a Regional Sales Manager. Brent was also a key member of top sales teams at Rational Software, Fastlane and EDS Systemhouse.
Brent is a founding member of the Sales Leadership Initiative and was a co-author of Sales Recruiting 2.0, How to Find Top Performing Sales People, Fast. He contributes insights on sales team management and hiring on the Peak Sales Recruiting Blog and advises and coaches tech sales VPs and CEOs on how to build and operate winning enterprise sales forces.
He is a regular contributor to the Peak Sales Recruiting Blog where he provides insights on how to build winning sales organizations and recruit top performing salespeople..

Charles McCulloch – EVP Recruiting

Charles has over 20 years experience recruiting and building successful international teams. Prior to joining Peak, Charles led the recruiting at Medical Recruiting Services Inc.
As Director of Business Development at International Business Directories, he grew sales from $2.5M to over $7.5M and developed a channel sales organization that served large telco’s and service providers such as Bell Atlantic, AT&T Yellow Page Directories. He also oversaw the opening of offices in the US, Canada and the caribbean.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
Anthony Scaletta – EVP Sales

Anthony has over 20 years of experience selling, building high performance enterprise sales organizations and leading recruiting operations for national level companies.
Prior to joining Peak, Anthony was the President and CEO of Titan Consulting Group, an executive search firm where he grew revenue year over year and established national level partnerships with SAP, Deloitte and other Tier 1 vendors. Anthony also served as Vice President, Sales for Eagle Professional Resources an IT staffing company where he grew revenue from $29 million to over $60 million in less than 3 years.
Anthony began his career in sales at IBM and holds both an MBA from Lake Superior State University and a BA Economics from The University of Western Ontario – King’s University College.
Lisa Schulteis – CMO

Lisa has a background in new media marketing and supply chain recruiting with companies such as Today’s Virtual Edge, LLC and Inde – Supply Chain Recruiters, LLC.
She began her career as a Neuropsychology Technician at Rush Presbyterian – St. Luke’s Medical Center and holds a B.A., Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
Gillian Morris – CFO
Gillian has more than 30 years experience in financial management and accounting. Prior to Peak she led finance practices for several national product and services companies in Canada and the United Kingdom.
