JOANNE WHITTLE JOINS PEAK SALES RECRUITING
Award-Winning Professional Adds HR Depth to Executive Recruiting Practice
Ottawa, ON, February 11, 2008–Peak Sales Recruiting Inc. (www.peaksalesrecruiting.com), a search firm that focuses on finding salespeople for technology companies, today announced that Joanne Whittle is joining its Sales Leadership practice, which finds sales executives and VPs for its clients.

In her previous roles, Joanne learned that hiring well in sales roles is crucial, and complex.
Joanne has over 10 years of senior managerial experience in both private and public companies spanning all areas of Human Resources. Most recently, she was Director of HR and Corporate Secretary for Spotwave Wireless. Previously, as an employee or in-house consultant, Joanne set strategy for local and global recruiting initiatives for GlobalX, Siemen's, Nortel, and Peleton. In these roles, hiring top sales professionals was an ongoing challenge.
Joanne worked to bring many of these organizations into legal compliance and developed and delivered courses on the topic. Joanne will also help steer Peak’s efforts to establish industry-leading best practices in sales recruiting.
Joanne completed the U of T's Rotman School of Business Executive HR Management Program. Her professional designations include CHRP and CCR. In 2004, she was honored as the Ottawa Citizen's HR Professional of the Year.
