We target and pursue “passive” (employed) top performers. We don’t waste your time with non-qualified candidates who are unemployed and vaguely hopeful to join any company that will take them.

We target top sales performers, then we go and get them.

Sales people speak a certain language. They have different motivators than people in other functions in a company.

We spend a lot of time on sales DNA/behavioral characteristics. Studies show that’s the largest contributor to sales success. We map into our customer’s sales environment and mission with one goal in mind: to help our customers generate more sales.
